SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The deadline for submission is APRIL 10, 2009.
Only electronic submissions are accepted. Participants must submit an abstract in order to be included in the program. To submit an abstract please go to the Registration section. The Congress accepts one paper per person for participation in a section or a round table. However, a paper submitter (presenting author) is free to participate in other sections or round tables without publication of abstracts.

  1. The size of the abstracts should not exceed one page in length. Format of the body of the text: Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman, size 12, single line spacing, with 2 cm margins on all sides of the text.
  2. On top of the page please write the section (round table), the author’s full name, country and the paper title.
  3. For the file name use your own name, e.g. SmithJohn.doc

The Program Committee reserves the right to decline submissions without explanation. The authors of accepted papers will receive personal invitations from the Organizing Committee.
The authors failing to meet the deadline may, on an exceptional basis, apply to the Organizing Committee for an invitation to participate in the Congress without publication of abstracts.

Registration fee is 1000 Russian rubles. For students participating in the Student Session the fee is 250 rubles. Payment of the registration fee is a prerequisite for the publication of abstracts and participation in the Congress.
